Authenticity & Identity
- Don’t impersonate others (users, brands, public personalities).
- Use your real account, and ensure profile information is accurate.
- Avoid misleading or false claims (e.g. about item condition, origin, previous sales, guarantees).
Safe and Legal Behavior
- No content or conduct that violates laws or supports illegal activity.
- No encouragement of self-harm or content glorifying dangerous behavior.
Privacy & Sharing Personal Information
- Do not share someone else’s private information (address, phone, email, etc.).
- Respect confidentiality.
Content & Listings Standards
- High-quality, honest listings: Include accurate descriptions, clear real images, and disclose defects.
- No counterfeit / infringing items: Only list genuine items.
No prohibited or restricted items: We have rules about certain categories (e.g. illegal, unsafe, adult content).
Behavior on the Platform
Messaging, Chat, Reviews
- Avoid spam or repetitive messages, especially unsolicited promotion.
- Respectful discourse during live shows, chats, reviews.
- No harassment or targeted negative reviews meant to punish rather than provide feedback.
Feature & System Abuse
- Do not attempt to exploit or game platform features (e.g. manipulating listings, artificially inflating prices, fake reviews, shill bids).
- Follow all rules regarding auctions, livestreams, listings, and promotions.
Safety, Fraud & Scams
- Be alert to suspicious behavior: too-good-to-be-true deals, off-platform payment requests, pressure tactics.
- Always use platform-approved payment and communication methods.
- Report suspected fraud or policy violations to our support team immediately.
Enforcement & Consequences
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, possible actions include:
- Warning or educational messages.
- Removal or editing of offending content.
- Feature restrictions (chat, selling, bidding).
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent ban.
We review each case individually. Patterns of repeated minor violations may be treated more severely.
What You Can Do If You See a Violation
- Report users or posts that seem to violate these guidelines.
- Block other users if they are making you uncomfortable or violating your boundaries.
- Reach out to our support team with evidence (screenshots, timestamps) if something serious is going on.
