Seller Code Of Conduct

This Seller Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the minimum standards of behavior and operational integrity expected from all Sellers on the Rwaj Platform. It is designed to foster a trustworthy and safe marketplace for all users. Failure to adhere to this Code may result in penalties as outlined in Section 4.

This Code forms an integral part of, and is subject to, the Rwaj Platform Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Professional Behavior

Sellers are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions on the Platform.

1. Respond to buyer inquiries and Platform communications within 24 hours.
2. Product listings must be accurate and not misleading in any manner.
3. No abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward buyers, support staff, or other users.
4. Sellers must disclose any conflict of interest, such as partnerships or paid promotions, where relevant.
5. Operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Platform policies.

Product Authenticity

Rwaj maintains a strict policy on product authenticity to ensure buyer trust and legal compliance.

1. All products listed for sale must be authentic and lawfully acquired. Sellers must provide proof of authenticity (e.g., invoices, certificates) upon request.
2. The sale of counterfeit items is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or legal referral.
3. The sale of replicas is strictly prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Buyer Communication

Maintaining respectful and transparent communication with buyers is critical to the integrity of the Platform.

1. All communication must be professional, non-discriminatory, and free of hate speech or offensive language.
2. Sellers must honor return and refund policies as stated in their listings and in compliance with Platform rules.
3. In case of disputes, Sellers must cooperate in good faith with Rwaj’s dispute resolution process, including providing timely documentation when requested.

Prohibited Conduct & Penalties

The following actions are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties ranging from warnings to permanent account suspension:

1. Engaging in transactions outside the Platform or encouraging buyers to do so to avoid commission fees.
2. Placing fake or malicious orders with the intent of blocking a competitor’s inventory or harming their ratings.
3. Posting false claims about products, other sellers, or the Platform.
4. Uploading malware, spamming users, or misusing any Platform features.
5. Livestreaming or publishing prohibited content, including but not limited to unapproved giveaways, misleading marketing, or explicit materials.
6. Offering discounts, free items, or other benefits in exchange for positive reviews or ratings.
7. Engaging in any form of abuse toward Rwaj customers, employees, or other sellers, including verbal, written, or physical abuse.
8. Sending offensive, inappropriate, or threatening messages to buyers, sellers, or Rwaj staff.
9. Conspiring with customers or other sellers to exploit platform offers, promotions, or policies dishonestly.
10. Manipulating ratings or reviews, whether by self-rating, incentivizing others, or lowering competitors’ ratings.
11. Engaging in activities related to money laundering or other financial crimes.
12. Intentionally delaying shipments, refusing to fulfill valid orders, or sending incorrect items.
13. Attempting to bypass or interfere with Rwaj’s official fulfillment, logistics, or payment processes.
14. Submitting false disputes, complaints, or documents to mislead or defraud Rwaj.

Penalties may include: - Formal warnings - Reduction in platform visibility - Temporary suspension of listings or account - Permanent removal from the Rwaj Platform. - Reporting You to authorities - Initiating legal procedure - Monetary fines or additional commissions - Imposing a minimum financial penalty of SAR 2,000, in addition to any other applicable penalties, which may include the recovery of related costs such as legal fees, customer refunds, and other associated expenses.

Acknowledgment

By registering as a Seller on the Rwaj Platform, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct and understand that your compliance will be actively monitored. Rwaj reserves the right to amend this Code at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.
