This Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy forms an integral part of the Rwaj Platform – Terms of
Service and should be read in conjunction with them. By listing, selling, or purchasing items on
the Rwaj Platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy as well as all other
applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Policy is designed to safeguard buyers and sellers, maintain the integrity of the
marketplace, and ensure compliance with the official Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
(ZATCA) regulations. Any violation of this Policy may result in immediate removal of the listing,
suspension, or termination of your account, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies
available to Rwaj under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

Rwaj fully adopts and enforces the official list of prohibited and restricted goods issued by the
Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, which includes but is not limited to:
1) Alcoholic beverages and any products contain alcohol.
2) Pork and pork-derived products.
3) Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
4) Materials contrary to Islamic morals or national values.
5) Counterfeit currency and imitation goods.
6) Pills, intoxicants, and drugs of all kinds.
7) Discs and storage devices containing immoral or prohibited materials.
8) Fireworks of all shapes and types.
9) Prohibited chewing smoke (such as Shamma, Suiqa, or similar products).
10) Tear gas and similar crowd-control chemicals.
11) Weapons and ammunition.
12) Any item containing a hidden camera, including but not limited to watches, pens,
glasses, and drones.
12) Laser devices, except one (1) red laser pen with a maximum power output of 5 mW per
traveler.
13) All types of electric shock devices.
14) Speed radar detectors.
15) Guru fruits.
16) Books and publications in violation of the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Media.
17) Creams, sexual tonics, abortion pills, herbs, and lotions not registered with the Saudi
Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).
18) Nutmeg fruit and its pure powder.
19) Sexual organs, tools, and devices.
20) Eavesdropping devices of all shapes and types.
21) Any other items prohibited or restricted under Saudi laws and regulations.

Rwaj Platform Additional Restrictions
In addition to the Saudi Customs prohibited and restricted goods, the following items are not
allowed on Rwaj:
1. Second-hand luxury items – Allowed only if genuine and accompanied by acceptable
proof of authenticity when applicable (e.g., certificate of authenticity, original purchase
receipt).
2. Alcohol-related items – This includes not only alcoholic beverages but also accessories
specifically intended for the consumption or service of alcohol, such as specialized
drinkware, decanters, or branded alcohol merchandise.
3. Digital goods – Only physical products may be listed and sold on Rwaj. Digital
downloads, codes, software licenses, and other intangible items are not permitted.
4. Counterfeit or replica products – Unless explicitly allowed by law, any imitation or
unauthorized reproduction of branded goods, whether labeled as “replica,” “copy,”
“AAA quality,” or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement & Compliance
Rwaj reserves the right to:
- Remove any listing that violates this Policy or is deemed unsuitable for the platform.
- Request additional documentation or proof of authenticity from sellers.
- Suspend or terminate accounts in case of repeated or serious violations.
- Report prohibited or suspicious items to the relevant authorities.
Dispute Escalation Process
Rwaj may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or
platform standards. Any amendments will be effective upon posting to the Rwaj Platform
and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Policy.
