Access Your Messages
To view your messages:
- Open the Rwaj app.
- Tap the Messages icon.
- Select a conversation to view or reply.
Your inbox contains conversations with buyers and other users on the platform.
Send a Message
You can start a conversation with a buyer directly from your inbox or from an order.
To send a message from your inbox:
- Search for the user's name.
- Click on the messaging icon on his profile
- Type your message and send it.
To send a message from an order:
- Open the order details.
- Select the buyer's profile.
- Tap Message.
- Send your message.
All conversations will appear in your Messages inbox for easy access.
Manage Your Conversations
Keeping your inbox organized can help you respond to buyers more efficiently.
You can:
- Review previous conversations
- Respond to buyer questions
- Follow up on order-related discussions
- Keep important communication in one place

Important: Rwaj cannot provide support for transactions or payments completed outside the platform. Attempting to move sales off-platform may result in account restrictions or other enforcement actions.
