Becoming a verified seller on Rwaj allows you to list and sell products on the platform. To get started, you'll need to complete the Seller Verification application and provide the required information about yourself or your business.
This guide explains each step of the verification process.
Apply for Seller Verification
To start your application:
- Click on your Profile icon.
- Select Profile from the menu.
- Tap Apply to Sell.
- Follow the steps to complete your application.
Step 1: Verify Your Age
Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a seller on Rwaj.
Step 2: Select Your Seller Type
Choose whether you are applying as:
- An Individual
- A Company
The information and documents required will vary based on your selection.
Note:
If You Are Applying as an Individual you must provide a valid Freelance Work Permit.
If you do not have it, you will not be able to continue the seller verification process.
Step 3: Add Your VAT Number
If your business is registered for VAT, enter your VAT number.
If you do not have a VAT number, you can skip this step and continue with your application.
Step 4: Add Your Address
Enter a valid and complete address.
A valid address is required for account verification and any future returns or shipping-related processes.
You can also set this address as your default address and add additional addresses later.
Step 5: Add Your Card Information
Enter your payment card details.
This information is used to help verify your identity and enable future purchases on the platform.
Note:
- Your card information is processed securely using encryption.
- Your payment information is never shared outside of payment processing services.
- A small temporary charge may be applied and refunded as part of the verification process.
Step 6: Add Your Bank Account Information
Enter the bank account details where you would like to receive your payouts.
Providing accurate banking information helps ensure payouts are processed quickly and securely.
Step 7: Select Your Store Categories
Choose the categories that best describe the products you plan to sell.
Selecting accurate categories helps buyers discover your products more easily.
Step 8: Add Additional Business Information
Provide any additional information requested, such as:
- Average monthly revenue
- Social media accounts or business links
This information helps us better understand your business and selling experience.
Step 9: Write a Message to Rwaj
Write a short message introducing yourself or your business.
Tell us about your experience, the products you plan to sell, and what makes your store unique.
Step 10: Submit Your Application
Once all required information has been completed, click Submit.
Note:
Application reviews may take up to two weeks to complete.
You can return to the Seller Verification page at any time to check your application status or contact Customer Support for updates.
Keep Your Information Accurate
When completing your application:
- Upload clear and readable documents.
- Ensure all information matches your official records.
- Only submit verification information through the Rwaj app or website.
