Becoming a verified seller on Rwaj allows you to start listing and selling your products safely and securely. To get started, you’ll need to complete the Seller Verification Application.
Apply for Seller Verification
Click on your Profile icon.
Select Profile from the menu.
Tap on Apply to Sell.
You will be guided through a step-by-step application process.
Step 1: Verify Your Age
Confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Step 2: Upload Your ID
Upload a clear photo of the main information page of your government-issued ID.
This helps verify your identity and protect the Rwaj community.
Note: Your data is fully protected and used only for verification purposes.
Step 3: Agree to Terms
Read and agree to the general information and rules.
Step 4: Add Your Address
Enter a valid and clear address.
Note: A valid address is required to complete any returns. You can also set this as your default address and add more addresses later.
Step 5: Add Your Card Information
Enter your payment card details.
Note:
We require this information to verify your identity and enable future purchases.
Your card data is processed securely with encryption and will never be shared outside payment processing.
A small charge (up to 1 SAR) may be applied and refunded for verification.
Step 6: Add Your Bank Account Information
Enter the bank account details where you’d like to receive your payouts quickly and securely.
Step 7: Enter Your Business Information
Provide accurate details about your business.
Note: This ensures smooth sales operations and safe communication with customers.
Step 8: Select Categories
Choose the categories that best describe your store.
Step 9: Add More Business Information
Share additional details such as your average monthly revenue and social media links.
Step 10: Write a Message to Rwaj
Write a short message to the Rwaj team explaining why you see yourself as an ideal partner.
Share your ideas, experiences, and what makes you unique.
Step 11: Submit Your Application
Once completed, click Submit.
Note: It may take up to two weeks to process your application. You can return to the same page to check your application status or contact Customer Support for updates.
