Rwaj makes it easy to start selling products through live shows and storefront listings. Whether you’re selling Jewelry, fashion, or beauty and care products, you can connect with buyers in real time and grow your business through social commerce.
This guide explains how to get started as a seller on Rwaj.
Create Your Seller Account
Before you can start selling, you’ll need to create a Rwaj account and complete your seller setup.
To get started:
- Download the Rwaj app or visit rwaj.co.
- Sign up or log in to your account.
- Complete your profile information.
- Add your payout details and shipping information.
Make sure your account information is accurate to avoid delays with verification or payouts.
Apply for Seller Verification
All sellers on Rwaj must complete the verification process before they can start listing or selling products.
To apply for verification:
- Open your Profile tab.
- Click on Apply as a seller
- Submit the required information and documents.
- Wait for the review process to be completed.
You’ll receive a notification once your application has been approved.
Add Products to Your Shop
After verification, you can begin adding products to your storefront.
To create a product listing:
- Click on your profile icon.
- Go to My Products.
- Tap Add +.
- Upload product photos.
- Add the product title, description, price, and category.
- Choose or create a Shipping Profile.
- Publish your listing.
Make sure your product descriptions and photos clearly represent the item being sold.
Start a Live Show
Live shows allow you to showcase products and interact with buyers in real time.
To create a live show:
- Go to Live show management from your seller dashboard.
- Tap Add.
- Add the show title, date, time, and cover image.
- Schedule the show.
Followers and interested buyers will be notified when your show goes live.
Selling Through Auctions and Buy Now
During live shows, you can sell products in two ways:
- Auctions – Buyers compete by placing bids in real time.
- Buy Now – Buyers purchase items instantly at a fixed price.
Choose the selling format that works best for your products and audience.
Ship Your Orders
Once a buyer places an order:
- Prepare the item for shipping.
- Package the order securely.
- Ship the order within the required timeframe.
- Update tracking information if needed.
Accurate shipping and careful packaging help maintain a positive seller experience.
Follow Seller Guidelines
To maintain a safe and trusted marketplace, sellers on Rwaj are expected to:
- List products accurately
- Ship orders on time
- Communicate respectfully with buyers
- Follow Rwaj policies and community guidelines
