Rwaj allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly through in-app messages. Messaging makes it easy to ask questions about products, clarify order details, and stay informed about your purchases.
This guide explains how messaging works and how to use it safely.
Send a Message
You can message a seller directly from their profile or from an order.
From a Seller’s Profile
Open the seller’s profile.
Tap the Message button.
Type your message and tap Send.
From Your Order
Go to your Profile tab.
Select Purchases.
Open the relevant order.
Tap Message Seller to start a conversation.
Your message will appear in your inbox, where you can continue the conversation.
Viewing Your Messages
To access your conversations:
Open the Rwaj app.
Click on the Messages icon.
Select a conversation to read or reply to.
You’ll receive a notification when a seller responds (make sure your notifications are enabled).
Use Direct Messages Safely
To keep the Rwaj community safe, follow our Community Guidelines when using direct messages.
To help protect our community:
Keep communication inside the app. Do not move conversations to external platforms.
Never share sensitive information, such as passwords, verification codes, or payment details.
Avoid off-platform payments. All transactions should remain on Rwaj for your protection.
Report suspicious behavior if a seller asks you to break platform rules.
If you receive inappropriate messages or suspect a scam, report the conversation immediately through the app.
Reporting a Message

Harassment
Spam
Inappropriate content
Requests for off-platform payment
Report it through Rwaj Support through the Help Center or from the user's profile.
