Rwaj is a social e-commerce marketplace where you can discover products, join live shopping experiences, and purchase directly from sellers in a secure environment.
Before making a purchase, ensure your payment method and shipping address are added and up to date in your profile settings.
This guide explains how buying works on Rwaj, both during live shows and through seller shops.
Buying During a Live Show
Live shows allow sellers to showcase products in real time. During a show, you can interact in the chat, see items demonstrated, and purchase instantly.
To join a live show:
Open the Rwaj app.
Tap the Shows section to view ongoing or upcoming live sessions.
Select a show to join and start watching.
Inside a show, items may be listed as either:
Auction items
Fixed-price (Buy Now) items
Participating in Live Auctions
Some items in live shows are sold through timed auctions.
When an auction begins, you’ll see the starting price and a countdown timer.
To place a bid:
Swipe the Bid button to place a bid at the next available amount, or
Tap Custom to enter the maximum amount you’re willing to pay.
If another buyer outbids you, you can bid again at any time before the timer ends.
When the countdown reaches zero, the highest bidder wins automatically.
If you win an auction:
Your payment method on file is charged immediately.
The order will appear in your Purchases section.
Important: Winning bids are final. Make sure your payment and shipping details are correct before bidding.
Buying Fixed-Price Items During Live Shows
Some products are available at a set price during live sessions.
To purchase a fixed-price item:
Tap the item when it appears on screen.
Review the item details, price, and shipping information.
Tap Buy Now to confirm your purchase.
Your payment will be processed immediately after confirmation.
Buying Outside a Live Show
You can shop on Rwaj even when a seller is not live.
Buying from a Seller’s Shop
Each seller has a storefront where items can be listed at fixed prices.
To purchase from a seller’s shop:
Visit the seller’s profile.
Open their Shop section.
Browse available listings.
Tap an item to view full details.
Select Buy Now to complete your purchase.
This process works similarly to traditional online shopping, no live show required.
Payments and Order Processing
When you complete a purchase on Rwaj:
Your payment method is charged automatically.
The seller is notified to prepare and ship your order.
You can track your order in the Purchases section of your account.
Sellers are expected to ship items as described.
If you experience an issue with your order:
Contact the seller first and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
If the issue is not resolved, contact the Support team and open a dispute through the Help Center.

Add and verify your payment method before joining a live show.
Review item descriptions, sizing, and condition carefully.
Pay attention to live demonstrations during auctions.
Follow your favorite sellers to receive notifications about upcoming shows.
