When You Can Rate a Purchase
You can rate a purchase once your order has been marked as delivered.
Ratings let sellers know how satisfied buyers are and help the Rwaj community make informed decisions.
How to Rate a Purchase
Follow these steps to rate an order:
Open the Rwaj app.
Tap your Profile tab.
Select Purchases.
Find the order you want to rate and tap Write a review.
Select the number of stars (1–5) that reflect your experience.
Write a short review or comment if you want to share additional feedback.
Tap Submit review to finalize your rating.
Once submitted, your rating will appear on the seller’s product listing and profile.
Tips for Writing a Helpful Rating
Be honest: Share your genuine experience with the product and seller.
Include details: Mention product quality, shipping speed, or customer service.
Keep it concise: A few clear sentences are more helpful than long paragraphs.
