When You’re Eligible for a Refund

Package Not Received: Items are lost or delayed in transit, not shipped, misdelivered, or not received even after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
How Buyer Protection Works
- Payment is not issued to the seller until the item is delivered.
- After delivery, you have a 3-day window to report any issues with your order.
Once this period passes, the payment will automatically be released to the seller.
