Before You Create a Listing
Before listing products, make sure you have:
- Added your payout information
- Created a custom shipping profile (If needed)
- Prepared clear product photos and descriptions
Having this information ready will make the listing process faster and more accurate.
Create a Product Listing
To add a new product:
- Open the Rwaj app or visit rwaj.co.
- Tap your Profile icon.
- Go to My Products in the seller hub.
- Tap Add +.
- Upload product photos.
- Enter the product title, description, category, quantity and price.
- Choose or create a Shipping Profile.
- Publish your listing.
Once published, your product can be added to live shows or purchased directly from your shop.
Listing Types
When creating a product listing on Rwaj, you can choose the format that best suits how you want to sell your item.
Auction
Auction listings allow buyers to compete by placing bids during a live show only.
With an auction listing:
- The price increases as buyers place higher bids.
- The item is sold to the highest bidder when the auction ends.
- Auctions run for a set duration determined by the seller.
Auctions are ideal for products where demand may drive the final selling price higher.
Buy Now
Buy Now listings allow buyers to purchase items immediately at a fixed price outside or during a live show.
With a Buy Now listing:
- The price remains fixed.
- Buyers can complete their purchase instantly without bidding.
- The listing remains available throughout the live show and can continue to be available afterward in your store.
Buy Now listings are ideal for products with a set selling price and for buyers who want to purchase immediately.
Add High-Quality Product Photos
Product photos are often the first thing buyers notice.
When uploading photos:
- Use clear and well-lit images
- Show the item from multiple angles
- Include close-up photos of important details
- Avoid filters or heavily edited images
Photos should accurately represent the condition and appearance of the product.
Write Clear Product Descriptions
Your product description should help buyers understand exactly what they are purchasing.
Include details such as:
- Product condition
- Size or dimensions
- Color or material
- Included accessories or packaging
- Any flaws or signs of wear
Providing accurate information helps reduce misunderstandings and order issues.
Choose the Correct Category

Manage Your Listings
You can edit or update your listings at any time.
To manage existing products:
- Go to My Products.
- Make sure the listing status is Draft or hidden.
- Select the listing you want to update.
- Edit the product details, photos, or price.
- Save your changes.

Follow Listing Guidelines

- Only list products you are allowed to sell
